All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, Monday through Friday excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Processing lead time may be slightly extended during large sale or holiday seasons.

Standard Shipping: Free shipping for all qualifying order amounts, estimated delivery 5–8 business days

International Customs Responsibility
For all international shipments outside the United States, the customer takes full responsibility for all import duties, customs taxes, and clearance fees imposed by local customs authorities. We are not liable for delivery delays caused by customs inspection holds.
Undeliverable & Returned Parcels
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, delivery refusal, or unclaimed pickup, all reshipping costs will be the sole responsibility of the customer. We will not cover any losses resulting from inaccurate contact or address information provided by buyers.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
Please contact our customer support team within 48 hours after delivery confirmation if your package is lost, severely delayed, or damaged upon arrival. We will assist you with filing carrier claims and resolving issues.
