Return Eligibility Rules

Customers may submit a return or exchange request within 30 calendar days after receiving their ordered goods. All returned items must remain unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in original retail packaging with all tags and matching accessories fully intact. Custom personalized products, clearance final-sale goods, and personal hygiene items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Standard Return Application Process
  1. Send an email to our customer support team with your unique order number and specific return reason to request formal return authorization.
  2. Our team will review your submission and send complete official return instructions within 24–48 business hours.
  3. Do not ship any returned merchandise back to us without our prior written approval.
Refund Execution Terms

After we receive and complete quality inspection of your returned items, refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping expenses are borne by the customer unless the return is caused by our operational error, including defective products or incorrect item delivery.
